Refund Policy

This refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, protecting customers who don’t receive the service they paid for. It also ensures compliance with our terms of service. You can also reach our development team directly through SLACK. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time and team doesn’t offer a trial version of Lottery Trends Subscription.

What can be refunded?

You can request a refund if:

  • You paid for access to our “Statistical Forecasting” data and the system failed to grant you access within 72 hours after your payment confirmation.

How to request a refund:

  1. Fill out the Refund Request Form: We require a completed refund request form to process your request.
  2. Review Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days according to the Bank of Thailand calendar.

Refund deductions:

Please note that a 40% service fee will be deducted from your refund to cover operational costs, including:

  • Accounting management fees for tax submissions.
  • Platform system rental fees.
  • Purchase order document editing costs.

Calculating your refund amount:

  • We will calculate the remaining validity period based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) at the time of your refund request.
  • Example: Ms. Ruby purchased access to our service for buying lottery subscription, at a cost of 1,000 baht for 30 days.
    • The 40% service fee deduction equals 400 baht (1,000 baht x 40%).
    • Therefore, Ms. Ruby will receive a refund of 600 baht

Additional Information:

  • Your information is protected under our Personal Data Protection Policy.
  • We are required to submit financial reports to the local revenue department, including purchase and sales tax information.
